WEEK 4- KMBFBAG

I did fairly well this week with my eating. I used smaller plates and made better choices. The universe had other plans for me on Saturday with a giant chocolate birthday cake with chocolate mousse filling- DAMN YOU- COSTCO! I only had one piece, but felt like a very, very dirty fat girl- I hear some guys dig that!

I didn't have much energy or motivation to workout this week- my Aunt Flo just sucks the life out of me- that bitch! Frankly, I have no idea how I managed to get 4 workouts in, but I did, and that is my success for the week (plus the one piece of cake vs. the 18 that I normally eat.)

Why is it that I can do great with one or the other, but can never have the willpower to go 100% on the diet and the exerising at the same time? As soon as the cylinders start firing at the same time- watch out- I will be DANGEROUS, until then, I'm just going to keep inching along...

Last week- 144
This week- 142
2 more lbs
Total of 8lbs

It's not a gain, so I'll totally take it, but I'm not jumping for joy since my clothes aren't fitting any better yet.

How was your week? Is the accountability helping you? I know if it wasn't for that image of my pudgy feet on the scale bunrned into my brain- I wouldn't have ignored that cake as it was calling me name! How did you do?

good job, girl! i am the same way... it's either good with the food, or good with the exercise... never both at the same time.

my stomach's growling. ugh.

EXACTLY the same way. I can do the dieting because it takes little time. I am crmmed packed this week and just wanted to say way to go and I will try to weigh at some point soon. I know if I have gained someone will die. No idea who, but someone.

Good job T!! 2 pouunds a week is nothing to sneeze at.
I do like being able to post our progresses this way, it definitely keeps me on my toes a bit more.

Keep at it!

Good for you on that 2-pound loss. Beats my loss this week. Slow but steady...

Tena those "so called chubby" feet on that scale keep me going because damn it I got to catch up to you!

No really I am liking the accountability this has brought me. My real life friend said how can you be doing that, I would care what people think about me. I do care what people think but it feels good being open and honest about it.

WAY TO GO on the 2 lbs. If I could lose 2 a week I would be happy! That seems like a good loss for a week.

All I have to say is WAY TO GO!! You are really doing well!! I will weigh myself later and see how I did. I ate pretty well all week except for the weekend. The weekends just do me in. :(

Way to go! Don't worry, eventually you will be firing on all cylinders. You're progressing slowly but surely and in the end you'll be where you want to be. I'll be posting my week one update on Wednesday. Judging from the fact that I couldn't find a pair of pants to wear out to dinner on Saturday that didn't make me feel like I was being sawed in half, I'm not hopeful.

You're doing awesome! 2 pounds a week is actually the ideal recommended amount to lose (at least that's what my WiiFit told me this weekend). And I have the same problem. I can't seem to juggle all my good habits at the same time either.

I'm TOTALLY going to get one of those scales!! If you step on it just right you can stop it at 125 lbs. hehehe My digital scale never lies to me. Bad scale!

For some crazy reason, I was incredibly constipated yesterday...I felt that I should eat my way out of it...with no luck. This morning I had not gained or lost...so I was ok with that...then I guess what I ate yesterday, finally worked...I am optimistic for a big loss tomorrow!!

This is me: cheering you on!!!

You are coming to Blogher, right?

I'd be thrilled with two pounds right now. I work my ass off working out (NOT literally) and my clothes feel looser, but the numbers aren't going down. I hate that.

I have to say that you have completely motivated me though your feet look anything but pudgy and I would completely love to be your weight. Carry on! Have a great week :)

I think a 2 pound loss is awesome! I'm about to work on my post and the news isn't encouraging... but maybe I just had a bad week!
